Mike,
I won't hold you to to "final and complete" ! :)
I share Kevin's attitude. Your contribution to the analysis and
discussion of single-winner
election methods has (on balance) been overwhelmingly positive.
You taught me a few a things and helped stimulate a lot of my thinking
on the subject.
