Covering vs wv:

You pointed out that a CW covers everyone else and is the only
uncovered candidate.

Yes, but, still, by giving priority to covering, as was described,
you'd lose the majority-protecting strategy criteria that wv makes
possible. That was my objection.

wv vs margins:
--------------------

Juho pointed out that margins Condordet (could be RP or River) is
somewhat more resistant to chicken-dilemma defection, than is wv.

Personally, I don't feel that that's enough to qualify margins
Condorcet, or any all-pairwise-count Condorcet, for Green Scenario
use.

But, just out of curiosity, does Margins likewise offer more
resistance (in comparison to wv) to a failure of FBC?

If so, then margins might be more nearly quaified (but still not
quite) for use in current condiions.
