[EM] Addenda to queston to Strong Condorcet supporters (comparison with Symmetrical ICT)

When I asked advocates of Strong Condorcet what advantages it has that
outweigh its disadvantages in comparison with Symmetrical ICT, there
were a few disadvantages that I omitted:

Omitted disadvantages:

1. Later-No-Help failure, with consequent strategy needs
2. Greater vulnerability to burial
