Moving a candidate to bottom on your ballot shouldn't give the/a win
to a candidate who was already at bottom on your ballot.

(A candidate is at bottom on your ballot if you don't vote hir over anyone)

[end of ABR definition]

Double-Ended ICT meets ABR, in addition to FBC7 (and nearly all FBC versions).

ABR avoids a mirror-image of the favorite-burial problem at bottom
end. ABR is the bottom-end mirror-image of FBC7.

But obviously, the favorite-burial problem is more serious than the
bottom-end problem.
