[EM] Sign these 3 petitions to the white house

I think Pigovian taxes are a good start, but I don't think they would 
raise enough revenue. I would add Georgist taxes (see 
http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Georgism ) to the mix, and reduce taxes on 
labor, capital, and trade in a revenue-neutral way. The Green Party of 
Canada had something similar (a combination of Pigovian and Georgist 
taxes, with reductions in other taxes) in their platform fairly 
recently, though I'm not sure if it is still there.
