I think this is spam. If you look at the bottom, you'll see

"Billige Flüge
Marketing GmbH"

and

"Billige Flüge vergleichen".

Those phrases translate as "Cheap Flights Marketing Ltd." and "Compare 
cheap flights" respectively.

If it falls within the stricter definition of spam, you might want to 
inform Yahoo.
