Just after I pressed  'Send' I realized that the example I gave doesn't 
show what I said it does,
because it isn't true that A "alone" reaches the majority threshold in 
the second round, so some
"resolution method" is needed.

So please ignore my last EM post, and apologies to Jameson Quinn.

I am embarrassed, and promise to be more careful next time.
