hey, we could put serial numbers on each ballot.  like they did in  
Iraq before 2002 (Saddam Hussein was re-elected with a 99% majority.)

i don't think that everything Condorcet said was good.  he's not  
Einstein (so far all the General Relativity nay-sayers have failed to  
disprove Albert).


i am curious how Range can be directly compared to Condorcet, IRV, or  
anything that uses a Ranked Ballot.  the ballots are different.   
assumptions need to be made in order to compare them.
