I heartily recommend, Kathy, that you avoid personal flame wars with 
Mr. Bristow-Johnson. The world is full of people who understand 
little but their own narrow perspectives, and if you get caught in 
pointing it out to them, you can waste a lot of your own valuable 
time, to no useful end.
