[EM] Schulze STV implementation

Hey folks. I've put together a web app that lets users create and vote
on Schulze STV elections. Whatever our preferred methods may be, I
gather we're all behind the notion of ballots more expressive than
"pick a single candidate", which the app is meant to explore.

* It does rich content candidates: http://modernballots.com/photo/vote

I'm looking primarily for feedback. Any way of making this better?
It's tough to get the notion of electoral reform out there.
