FYI,

It seems that "Fair" Vote and Minneapolis are taking the approach that
repeating the same lie often enough makes it true (or fools people
into thinking it is true).

They're back to claiming that IRV solves the "wasted vote (spoiler)"
problem, that it finds majority winners, that it saves money, that
plurality elections are nonmonotonic, and numerous other knowingly
false claims, etc.
