[Election-Methods] Quitting voting systems again

I'm quitting voting systems again. You might say that's of no interest, so
why should a list-member announce it. For one thing, it explains why I don't
reply to rebuttals. And, in general, I like to post an explanation for why I
won't reply to subsequent messages. That's more polite.

I enjoyed the subject while I was doing it, but I feel that it's time to
quit it now.

About rebuttals: Ordinarily I'd be delighted to find rebuttals, because I
like to reply to them. And previous times when I quit, I answered all the
existing rebuttals before quitting, so that it wouldn't look as if I was
evading replying.

But this time, if I answer any of them, or even read them, then I haven't
quit voting systems when I said I was, and haven't done a very good job of
keeping my promise. So, this time I'm not replying to rebuttals or even
reading them. If that makes it look as if I'm evading answering them because
they're irrefutable, then so be it. But I think that you'll find answers to
any rebuttals, in my recent postings.

My usual disclaimer: If I don't reply to something, it isn't because it's
irrefutable; it's only because I've quit voting systems.

I've said what I have to say, about voting systems in general, and about
recent topics in particular.

This time, rebutters get the last word.
