Sure. At the bottom of every post that you have been receiving is this line:

>election-methods mailing list - see http://electorama.com/em for list info

I think you will now have two such links, i.e., the one above and the 
one below.

Follow the link. At the top of the page is a link to subscribe. Yes, 
I know you want to unsubscribe. Trust me. For your convenience, 
however, here is that link you can follow directly:

http://lists.electorama.com/listinfo.cgi/election-methods-electorama.com

Near the bottom of that page is a "Unsubscribe or edit options" 
Button. Before the button is a box. Enter your subscription email 
address in the box and press the button. Follow the instructions.

I haven't tried it, but I think you will get a confirmation mail. I 
believe you will have to respond to the confirmation mail in order to 
complete the unsubscription.

You *can* however, if you are still occasionally interested, continue 
your subscription but shut off the regular email.
