The sincere Nash equilibrium test could of course be stated as a criterion
that methods pass or fail.

It could be called the Sincere Nash Equilibrium Criterion (SNEC), or
the Unreversed Nash Equilibrium Criterion (UNEC).

That criterion is met by wv Condorcet and Approval. It's failed by margins,
IRV, Borda, Plurality, and pretty much all other methods.
