Wikipedia of course has a collection of links to "external resources"
Some pages that I have enjoyed:
- James Green-Armytage's http://fc.antioch.edu/~james_green-armytage/
vm/survey.htm
- Blake Cretney's http://condorcet.org/emr/index.shtml
I recommend to study several pages since there are so many different
and differing opinions about the merits and problems of the various
Condorcet completion methods.
