[EM] clarification of last post

Sometimes I get so wrapped up in my reply to a message that I forget to
mention who the message was originally from. The original sender always
knows who he is, of course, but it may be confusing to others. So let me
clarify that my last message, titled "Re: [EM] summary of Condorcet
anti-strategy measures" (but actually on the subject of AWP vs. AM and
DMC) was a reply to Chris Benham. Sorry about that, everyone.

Also, a few minor typos, as usual. E.g., I wrote:
>First, the A>B>>C faction,
>while they don't stand to gain a great deal by having B instead of A,
>stand to lose quite a lot if they are wrong about the direction of the A-C
>pairwise comparison. Hence, the risk/reward ratio of the strategy is
>highly questionable.

... but I obviously meant "they don't stand to gain a great deal by having
A instead of B", rather than the other way around. Sorry about that,
everyone.

my best,
James
