pSTV version 0.5 has just been released.

There is only one change regarding the methods implemented:
     - ERS97 rules are now fully compliant

There are many other feature enhancements and usability improvements.
Some highlights:
     - Windows version now has an installer (uses innosetup).
     - Can append multiple ballot files together.  For a large election, users
       can enter ballots on multiple computers to save time.
     - Raw ballot files accept ballot weights (e.g., 10: Alice Bob Chuck)
     - Better error recovery when loading invalid or degenerate (e.g. not
       enough candidates) ballot files.
