The topic under discussion is not the relative merits of the variants
of ICC and IIA, but how those variants should be represented on
Wikipedia.
The resolute model does deserve to be mentioned in the context of an
encyclopedia.
The question I had is whether satisfaction of the resolute version of
IIA (proposed by Dr. Arrow) would imply satisfaction of the resolute
version of ICC (proposed by Dr. Tideman).
