Allow people to make inconsistent rankings, by letting
them vote the as much of the matrix as they want.

List of candidates, random order(order THEY used last time ;) checkboxes

Select X < Total number of candidates?

    Yes... Would you like to "disapprove" all other candidates?

Matrix appears...

Use mouse to click on each square, sorta like minesweeper, repeated
clicks change the picture from NoOpinion/CandidateX/CandidateY

Let them vote incosistently!
FPTP is zero dimensional!
Condorcet is 1 dimensional!
Narins is 2 dimensional!
