Ugh, somehow I sent the previous message before I was done typing.

I was going to say that I found the vreceipt article among some links at
http://www.electionmethods.org/integrity.htm.

Also, security of a system is generally enhanced by making the software (and
hardware) source code available for anyone to look at.  I think it would be
a good idea for election departments to require that voting machines use
open source software and hardware.
