In response to Chris Benham I proposed my own Condorcet-PR hybrid a few
weeks ago....

Um, hmm, I could have sworn that I wrote a message within the last few
weeks proposing a system like I proposed in my most recent post.  Now I
can't find it in the archives.

Oh, well, I guess I'm aging prematurely ;)
