[EM] Dealing With Democrats

There's been some discussion of using vote-witholding as a stick to
influence the Democrats. I said that the Democrats aren't reformable, and so
the goal should instead be to replace them. How would that work,
with our current Plurality elections?:

The Democrat-dumping in Florida in 2000 shouldn't be considered a rare
event. It happened because the Dem & Repub were close enough so that
the Nader voters exceeded the differenct. But, with 50 states, that
could happen anytime, as the Greens, or some other non-Republocrats,
could do the same again. So let's do it again and again. Let's show
that the Democrats are finished.
