Single winner methods election n.2
09/05/2002: 14 members using Approval Vote
A: 1 vote
B: 2 votes
C: 2 votes
D: 1 vote
E: 1 vote
F: 1 vote
11 Blank ballots - tie.
We need a winner so tie-breaker rule gives:
 3 voters using Mr. Schulze definition.
 2 tied winners.
 Euclidian division produces 1 as rest.
1st in alphabetical order wins => Approval Vote.
 Participation rate: 21%.
Ballots were 1:AB, 1:BC and 1:CDEF.
Comment: Obviously some defendors did not vote.

Minimal number of members for multiple winners methods election n.2 was
locked at 12.
So we start right on:
