has the various gerrymander cases in the courts after the 2000 Census.

The cases are basically a giant ANTI-Democracy fraud due to the use of single 
member gerrymander districts and plurality nominations and elections -- 
producing the various indirect minority rule regimes in EVERY State 
Legislature (with their effects on producing the gerrymander districts for 
electing U.S.A. Representatives in any State with 2 or more seats).

The standard remedy -- proportional representation (NOT being brought up 
properly in all sorts of cases due to class A1 IGNORANCE).
