sense to many people.

D- I note-- the most majority yeses determines which conflicting issue is 
enacted by the voters when voting on issues in many States (pending some 
education about head to head math and possible head to head tiebreakers)..

What is so different with candidates (especially for executive and judicial 
offices) ???
