The IRV folks have brainwashed enough folks (who do NOT subscribe to this 
list) to note only part of a Place votes table.

When Stalin/Hitler extremist types start getting elected using IRV (and 
claiming *mandates* for their left/right schemes), then the reaction may be 
extremely severe.

Thus--- the IRV folks have produced a CRISIS situation.
