[EM] What are we all about?

Thank you, Forest.  Count me in!

By the way, I already invoked the good name of the EM-list in a  statement 
before a CVD-Greens-rigged 'Electoral Reform Forum' here in Long Beach 
Saturday 13 June.  I called for pilot trials of several methods here in Long 
Beach (in order to solve identified electoral problems), as vs. a would-be 
local proposition for IRV (pre-identified by supporters as THE solution, 
never mind to what if any problems).
