It seems we will have to rely on you...
I proposed to use an objective function that increase of 1 value
each time the winner goes up one step on the ladder of sincere
preferences of the insincere truncator. Naturally, the objective
should decrease of one point for each step lower the winner
is ranked on the same scale...
