D- I suggest that any reform method be simple enough for the folks in the 
Middle East / Central Asia to understand (who are mainly illiterate due to 
their rotten ANTI- Democracy killer governments).

Hopefully any such methods will get going before a large part of Mother Earth 
becomes uninhabitable for humans (due to the reptile brained killers in MANY 
governments).
