[EM] Approval wins Voter's Choice count

By my preliminary count, Approval wins the Voters' Choice count,
getting more final Approval votes than any of the other alternatives
did.

Approval won the Approval count, and, as I said yesterday, Approval
was the voted CW. And so both of the methods that were designated
chose Approval as the alternative that their voter's final approval set
was extended down to, in that voter's ranking. In other words, the
voters who designated a method gave a final Approval vote to Approval,
and to everything that they ranked higher than Approval.

In that preliminary count, the Margins methods and the best
wv methods are tied for 2nd place. But of course an output ranking
should be determined from rankings only, and even then the meaning
of the output ranking would be questionable if people's rankings were
influenced by strategy having to do with optimizing the single winner.

Rob LG can post an output ranking, determined by deleting the winner
from the rankings and re-counting, and repeating that for each
successive position in the output ranking.
