     Midnight California time is not a good time to end the balloting.

     We cannot trust you to know the difference between a California
midnight and a California Rolling Blackout.

     Best to make the cutoff time on the day after at `High Noon'.

     In that way you can wear your Cowboy outfit and pretend you are good
old Coop' as you stuff the ballot box.
