Also, the progressive has been advocating IRV in its articles, and
has printed IRVie letters, but hasn't printed my letter critical of
IRV, which recommended Approval.

Maybe IRV will get enacted, but that's no reason why we should quit
opposing it. Even if we can't stop it, it's very valuable to make sure
we register our comments in the public record. Then, when IRV fails
in use, we point to what we've been saying, and publicly ask the IRVies why 
they didn't tell their propagandees about these problems before it was too 
late.
