Due to Mr. Arrow's observations, ALL methods with 3 or more choices may fail one or more of the standard tests ---- clone independence monotonicity reversal symmetry Condorcet criterion etc. How about a lottery about which method to be used for an election (to really scramble the brains of strategy / insincere conspiracy minded folks) ???
