AC=49, BC=48, CB=3 is an equally interesting election to challenge the
Condorcet winner - do we really want a majority support so badly that we are
willing to elect a candidate with such a small first rank support?

D- It is the very rough 1932. Extremists are strong. The center is *weak*
A= Hitler, B = Stalin, C = Washington
I am quite sure that most folks (i.e. a majority) will be happy with a
centrist even in the worst of times.
Once again---- IRV will have a very strong possibility of having 2 extremists
at the end with one of them claiming some sort of majority *mandate* for
his/her extremist agenda.
Primaries are not needed. Proportional representation can/ should /must be
used for legislative body elections. Elections for executive and judicial
offices can/ should /must be nonpartisan.
