[EM] PC & Smith//PC, & GSFC & SDSC

Markus earlier asked for examples to show that Smith//PC fails
GSFC & SDSC. When I checked, I found that the failure didn't happen
as easily as I'd expected. My first tries at examples didn't
succeed in making Smith//PC fail.

Markus: Do you have a demonstration that Smith//PC passes GSFC
& SDSC? What about PC?

Anyone else: Does anyone else know about that?

I admit that I've only taken a very quick look at examples, and
so I'm asking other people to answer the question before I've
worked on it. That's because when I start on it, it could be
time-consuming, and so it would be better if someone else already
knows or could find out more quickly & easily than I could.
