What is the Demorep1 'clone' idea?

Added note-

With 100 voters the range between 2 choices (with no truncated votes) is 100 
to 0 to 50 to 50.

Clones are more likely in the 75 to 100 range (e.g. 80-20) (margin 50 to 100)

Opposites are more likely in the 50 to 75 range (e.g. 60-40 -- as in choosing 
a liberal versus a conservative U.S. President) (margin 0 to 50)

Another suggested change- change truncated to short (as in --a short vote (of 
not ranking all choices) versus a full vote (of ranking all choices)).
