That article is an outrage. I'm going to write to _The Economist_,
and I hope some others will.

I described here, some time ago, 2 ways that Borda violates
majority rule when even Plurality wouldn't, and causes a
defensive strategy dilemma that even Plurality wouldn't cause.

Also, Borda fails Myerson's corruption-encouragement test
worse than Plurality does.

Borda is easily the worst.
