Another visual aid to show the various possibilities. View in a monospace 
font for better alignment.

5 Choices-- A,B,C,D,E

Position votes

Assume all votes where a choice is shown and the X choice(s) to the left of 
such choice are YES votes.
A "Z" choice is any one of the other 4 choices and may be a NO vote and/or a 
truncated vote (i.e. nonvote).
