[EM] Criterions vs. Methods

With things heating up (again) about various criterions on this list---

Perhaps folks would like (again) to submit their rank order lists of 
criterions (aka criteria in my Webster's dictionary) so that the various 
election methods (single winner or multi-winner) can one at a time be ground 
to bits by one or more of such criterions.

Question-- Do more than 0.001 percent of the population ever use the word 
*criterion* (versus *test* or *standard*) ???

That is a Criterions/ Method matrix-----

Criterion   Method 1    Method 2    etc.

1. AAA      Fails          Passes

2.  BBB      Passes        Fails

3.  Etc.       Etc.             Etc.

What would John/ Mary Q. Voter or Legislator interested in election method 
reforms think about such a matrix ???
