[EM] I understated the CW-SU relationship.

In a posting yesterday, I said:

Actually, that qualifying "if" clause isn't needed. No matter what
the voter distribution is, a candidate at the voter median will be
the SU maximizer. And a candidate at the voter median will also
always be the sincere CW.
