Do some of the minority C voters may an *insincere* second choice ???

Who cares ??? The sun will still rise and set if some (or all) of such C 
voters make second choices (truthful or lying).

Again -- What choice(s) can get YES majorities from the voters (regardless of 
any one or more other choices) ???
