Dear Norman,

you shouldn't take Craig's criticism too seriously.
When Craig writes that an election method should be
"axiom based" then this statement is quite meaningless.
For every given election method it is possible to
define criteria in such a way that this election
method is the unique election method that meets these
criteria. Therefore you can agree with Craig's desire
that an election method should be "axiom based" and
still promote every election method you want to
promote.  :-)
