The standard simple 3 choice circular tie would be as follows using the Net 
Wins Tiebreaker

N1   ABC
N2   BCA
N3   CAB

N1 + N3   AB   N2
N1 + N2   BC    N3
N1           AC    N2 + N3

N1 + N3 - N2 = N4 
N1 + N2 - N3 = N5
N1- N2 - N3  = N6

N4, N5, N6 might be positive or negative

       A      B       C       Total
A     X      N4     N6      N4  + N6
B   -N4     X      N5     -N4 + N5
C   -N6   -N5    X        -N6 - N5

Vertical totals are the negatives of the horizontal totals.
The choice with the highest horizontal total would win.
