* Fixed terms

Recall elections should exist to be able to get rid of/change idiot 
legislative bodies or executive / judicial officers anytime.

* Elections for Ministers, Prime Minister

There should be separate elections for major elective executive / judicial 
officers using Condorcet to lessen ancient/modern tendencies toward tyranny 
(all legislative, executive and judical powers in the same person(s); e.g. 
Hitler, Stalin, etc. etc.).

* Proportional committees

There should be proxy voting in all committees (i.e. every legislator is a 
member of every committee, directly or indirectly by proxy).

* Restrictions on benefits
