hello, I have been told to join this list because I have been told that
"Salva Voting" has been being discussed here, so I joined but i'm not an
expert in elections methods so I first I would like somebody recomends me
some webpage descriving election methods before I can speak with some
knowledge. Thank you.
And a couple of questions about this list: how many people are in this list,
and when was the list created? Thank you.
