correction on IRO example

Regarding the recent IRO example discussed by Demorep & Don,
I mistakenly said that B doesn't have a majority against him.
In that example, either order-reversal is being used, or
the voters & candidates aren't on a 1-dimensional political
spectrum. But, when order reversal isn't used, the CW will
never have a majority against it, and, in VA, will beat
any alternative that does have a majority against it.
