1 more typo

Sorry, but I noticed another typo. At one point in my 1st
reply message to Blake's letter about insincere extension
of rankings, I said that the B voters, in my Margins order-reversal
example, could, if the method were Votes-Against, successfully
defend against the truncation by not voting for A or B. What I
meant to say was that they could thwart the _order-reversal_
by not voting for _A or C_.
