The first minus last tiebreaker applied to the standard simple 3 choice circular tie-- N1 A > B > C N2 B > C > A N3 C > A > B The tiebreaker- A N1 - N2 + N3 B N2 - N3 + N1 C N3 - N1 + N2 Note- this is also a modification of the Bucklin method which only sums the votes in the early places to get a majority.
