Before someone else points it out, yes I did quote the
academic authors, & cite their majority dislike for IRO.
How justify that if they have their heads up their anus?

Apparently some things are obvious even to people unable to
understand strategy considerations or public concerns.
Since those guys are believed to have authority, yes I
cited them. But I didn't mean to imply that I respect their
judgement overall.
