A few criterion addenda

I'd like to add a few things:

When I said that the purpose of LO2E-2 was to lower the bar
so that Condorcet(EM) & SC can meet the criterion strictly
instead of just for all practical purposes, I was talking
about the strong form. Both of those methods strictly meet
the weak form of DSC, LO2E-2, & 1CC.

Margins & IRO fail both the strong & weak forms of DSC, LO2E-2,
& 1CC. Margins does so in the examples that I recently posted.
I'll repeat them. Must do so in subsequent message due to
line noise problem.
